You will lost all if you don't swap. Coinswap deadline is 11/10/2017 and the old ETHD will be done with as nodes will be stopped. I think you don't swap, sold it on coinexchange and buyback new ETHD, it will cheaper for you.

You need show Dev that you sent the coins over. Send it him like the instructions said. To their address.
