Well looks like your problem is solved and yes this issue was purely because of the fees you set and transactions were taking more time from the past few days. If you want to avoid any such instance in future always check : https://bitcoinfees.21.co this site tells you nunber of transactions unconfirmed and which fees will suitable for you. Currently it is 150 satoshi/byte it is bit high but normally it take 60 sat/byte to confirm in an hour for me.
Normally after you send the transaction if there are 0 confirmations for 1 hour put your txid here : https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ i gave me 5 confirmations in 10 minutes.
