Y'all should give the team some time to sort all Post-ICO stuffs. The delay in the distribution of bounty tokens are attributed to Orderbook (FinShi Capital technical partner) being too busy to distribute the tokens. The team said they'll distribute it manually should Orderbook fail to distribute them in a timely manner.

As for Exchanges, FINS tokens will be listed on exchanges before ~November 1st.
