Ultimately, it's about measuring trustworthiness of the merchant in order to ensure the best customer experience possible. Lately, once the ecosystem unfolds, there'll be a reputational bank containing all rated counterparties.
Basic conditions for MT participation will be disclosed and available once we're over with the pilot.
