if $5200 is the lower price then we can directly buy bitcoin but if the price is going to go under $5200 then that price is too expensive and i am agree with world bank president said. we have to see the down of bitcoin soon after the fork but i think its just for the correction before the price is back increase and this time, i don't think that the price will go down under $4500. but i am waiting to see the price is reach the lower price so i can buy more bitcoin and waiting the higher price.
