Not sure how asking if you will separate the L3+ and sell without the PSU is a bad question. I wouldn't want the PSU's and I have several L3+'s already.
Photos that show proof of ownership is going to be required along with escrow services for the smart buyers. You have offered no trust profile nor have any history here indicating that you are a trustworthy seller.
