from my personal experience  i would suggest if you lose money in gambling then you should take a break and learn from your mistakes, better your strategies and do come back . and with bitcoin gambling we have many options like if you lose in one site then try your luck on others .

ps: once you recover back your money try not to gamble anymore because personally i felt its a watse of time for the guys like me who dont have much to gamble .
