this is a shame for Thai people.
it's very rare to see any project which have many supportive partners like this.
I also wanted to say this project is gone and then I looked at token holders:

There is some hope here. Lets see if I am right or wrong
How he can move it if BAS not need nobody ? Best thing dev can do is remove his wallet.dat and forget this shameful story.
If he would be have been pure fraud, he could have cashed those when BAS was at top, but this left some hope that Dev will be back.
I think problem they have is, they were not able to make payment app, because of which further growth is stopped, I hope they figure out how to make payment app, which is open further doors for project.
But if this is the situation Dev should be transparent and let everyone know so that if someone from community know the solution, they can help
