there is no answer about the fees, only about how much for the deposit
As far as I know there will an increasing fee for all Levels:
so for example Level 2:
1. node: 0 xby
last node: Xk xby
between 1st and last node of the level there will be an increase for every new node until you reach last node fee of Xk
