Eventually the old non-ERC20 ETHD will become worthless because not supported anymore by the developers so yes, no point in keeping them.

Yes only ethereum buys on etherdelta, so the price you can get ETHD is lower compared to the price you can buy it in novaexchange or coinexchange.
I agree with you it makes much more sense for Ethereum Dark to be an Ethereum based token.

I think Ethereum Dark has now a big enough community to be able to be competitive for Binance coin of the month.. just saying...
