The cold war officially ended with the collapse of the sowjet union and the USA was declared the winner.

Truth is though that the USA just didnt collapse instantly like the SU. It was just changed to a slow running decline.
Both superpowers lost their status over the cold war and now we have the dragon from the east getting ready to take its future place as the new world hegemon.

From history we know that every time a new world power emerges there was always war.
The question is now:
Will history repeats itself?
