What really sucks with this horrible luck is the upcoming 18% difficulty hike in a little over 2 days.

From what I have seen on a couple of different websites is that the diff will DECREASE aprox 2% and not rise 18%.
Anything can happen between now and then, but I'm hoping the decrease will be the reality.

Blockchain.info is showing a hashrate significantly higher than that: about 10.05 EH/s, not 8.4 EH/s. I'm also showing a mins between blocks at 8.46 (should be 10).
I've also heard Bitcoin Wisdom has been having problems recently.
We'll find out soon enough.
