1. Get the use for dimecoin defined (what makes it unique) --> you can read it soon on http://www.dimecoin.rocks/
2. Sort out the shitty website (you could build a better site using Wordpress in 2 hours) --> did you read "WEBSITE RELAUNCH WITH NEW LOGO IN PROGRESS." on http://www.dimecoin.rocks/ ? --> we had a logo contest with a voting for a great new logo from graphics.guru - he is working on a new website design and wallet design too - please have patience. We want to do it right and not just quick and dirty.
3. Get the wallet sorted out and the transaction problems at exchanges --> new win wallet is done and will be released for download with website relaunch, mac wallet will follow
4. If you are going to reduce the circulating supply then sort the above first, then consider a 00 reduction --> No! This should be a decision of the whole dimecoin community. DIME is not rising fast enough for you? We will have a block halving soon. Take the chance to buy a lot of DIME cheap until block halving.
