I'm waiting almost a month already with a 15k stake.
this wallet with less than 5x the amount of coins I have staked before.

on the other hand, giant wallets stake daily and gets all the compound effect...
is there anything possible to do to stake faster?
changing for the new wallet would change anything?

Staking is a lottery, and with 15k today there is almost no chance against big wallets. You may consider joining the staking pool found in Discord channel.
well. it was supposed to be your weight = amount of coins * [coin day]
but coin day doens't seem to affect it enough...
It does. But not enough to compete with the major wallets, so you may not stake before 80.000 block. And if you don't, you lose all the 27% days and get 0,27% per day instead
