I think bitgrail can never cheat their clients. you might have made some mistakes.

We did not made any mistake. It was exchanger's website fault. They banned user from chat and continued to ignoring his messages until this report filed on bitcoin talk.
do you know what you did. you just violated bitgrail reputation without giving them time to fix your problem.
said "scammer" but asking your fund back?? where is your brain, scammer is the people who wont give back your loss noobs.
