For me the best altcoin is ETHEREUM , because it has a great vision of being top altcoin on 2018. Aside from that it has a good price in the market, and the number of ETH users are continue to grow. Then my second is electroneum, followed by bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold, neo,omg,LTC and lastly is the Dash.
