I have no any nodes in conf-file but the problem is reproduced from time to time. The only solution is to delete full blockchain and resinchronize wallet (br-r-r-r-r!).
I think is't not best appearence for financial application We need another solution for this problem.

P.S. Official blockexplorer also has the same problem (stays at block 3489):
