I made a correction in my OP to make it more understandable.
Its 17USD/month for hosting = rack space rent, internet, cooling, air filtering etc.
Additional to this 0.12USD/kWh - it depends on miner type. For example L3+ costs are: 0,12USD * 0,8kW * 24h * approx 30,5days = 70.3USD/month
