Would you read a newsletter about this information about upcoming ICO just a quick blip about each one?

For me i think i would see first the reputation of such ICO search for the last project that he/she develope and become part of it. Also check this ICOs at the icorating that com and see whats his current status and the status of the project that are currently running.
