Spectre.ai has two token types, utility tokens and dividend tokens. The latter are listed on lower liquidity exchanges like ED indeed as they are securities. The former, utility tokens, will be listed on some of the larger, more prominent exchanges.

A list of these will be made available after the ICO. When you contribute during the pre-sale and main sale you get a 'Stem Token'. This is instant. You then can convert this into either the utility or dividend token as you like after the 10th of December (this is the final date of the ICO). After conversion you can transfer these/trade them wherever.
