You know what's sad...Regalcoin has alot of issues and internal exchange still not ready...In the meantime Westerncoin's ICO finished a week ago and their lending is already working, AND their internal exchange is ready, opening on Nov. 1st. Everyone stay distracted with this coin then I can buy up all the cheap coins on Westerncoin on the 1st!
