Don't force yourself to trade that much, take some distance from time to time.

We are the same, I usually hold my coins to earn more profit and i am not the type of person to spend my money and invest it to coins, I work on bounty campaigns and i am always waiting for the price to decrease till i buy those coins. Patient is the best strategy in this industry, The more you wait the more profit you will earn.
