In other news -- Can someone tell me how this is possible?

• 491,802 is found by Shitfury   at 2017-10-25 23:52:04
• 491,803 is found by BTC.FLOP at 2017-10-25 23:52:05

And a couple blocks before that 2 separate blocks were "found" by FUPool ~27 seconds apart...  It really feels like btc network manipulation or maybe their PH/s or EH/s are too high for the current difficulty to be effective against them?

Would appreciate anyone's thoughts on the matter...
