Those websites doesn't look legit that's for sure.. but you should make your own researches before going into a website and invest money.
I yesterday on a site cryptozone.cash exchanged 0,5 BTC. I saw a profitable course and quickly made an exchange, did not even think of reading the reviews. Only today I decided to read the reviews and came across this forum. BUT! I got the money in a couple of minutes after sending bitcoins. It turns out that there was only 1 confirmation, and I received the money. Good luck in the exchange.
