99% of the legit transactions have been processed, totaling 600 adresses rest of them were spam transactions.

Does it mean taht somebody sent you ETH and you will not send them neither promiced coins nor ETH back???

That means exactly that. They will NOT recive tokens or Ethereum back. Instead we will donate that to some charity organisation.
To get a sense what im talking about check transaction history, preferably from the last page onwards.
You will see 1000s of addresses with exactly same transaction history and reciving Ethereum from the same address in exact same ammount only to recive eTV tokens. As well there are 1000s of addresses just created at the moment airdrop was announced. Those addresses are not eligble either.
