Ouch ... importing BTC private keys into Bitcore wallet, many will not like this.
I agree with that statement. Can you guys give us the option to claim BTX the "old way"? I would much rather go through the "claiming service" than expose my private key. Thanks
Importing private keys is not the way to go.It brings uncertainty to the user.
Signing a message with the address would be ideal. This has been done before on an earlier airdrop of BTX. Go to the website - check your balance on the snapshot- sign a specific message with your addresses - claim your BTX.
Simple,secure,tested and no one has a problem with it.
Why would you even consider an other way?
In opposition to the old "signing service" the DEVs are going to get rid of most of the premine this way. With the signing service they would have to hold all the claimable coins.
