let me summarize for you guys 
so far they have collected USD 8m (of USD 10m hardcap) in total:
The reason for a 2nd pre-sale through Bitcoin Suisse was because USD 5m was already raised through two partners (based in China) which has been cancelled afterwards due to China's ICO ban. The amount has been returned to the investors which led to a delay of the whole crowdsale.
Now USD 2m (10m - 8m) is left for public crowdsale, exact date will be announced by end of this week as they are currently looking for a good KYC/AML solution first in order to avoid any problems with the Swiss regulations in future.
Slack has been closed to new user registrations due to a lot of scam attacks. But they will move to Rocket chat on Friday 27.10.17 11am GMT.
