Lunyr on bittrex is not a secret, it has been traded there since it was born. Lunyr was added to yunbi but yunbi shut down after China ban. Bittrex is best now.
Within weeks or months all the US exchanges will be required to become US broker-dealers, it's 100% inevitable...
Both Polo and Bittrex are grooming themselves to be bought out by E-Trade or whomever for $$$$$$$$...
So always the more exchanges + decentralized ones the better
