Do I need at least 100 ONION coins in my wallet to be qualified? So I have to buy some before applying?
yes you only need 100 onions to qualify for airdrop. you can buy onions on novaexchange while it's still cheap. the new rules will apply on the 17th airdrop.
Does forum rank not matter anymore for the new rules? And will everyone get "current amount in wallet" as the airdrop or is that the amount of "shares" of the airdrop round instead?
forum rank doesn't matter anymore. everyone will get different amount compared to what they're currently getting. some will get more, some will get less. the more onions you have in your airdrop wallet, the more airdrop you will get. yes, it's the amount of "shares". "shares" will be determined by the amount of onions you have in wallet. to generally sum it up, early airdrop participants will have bigger airdrop amount than late airdrop participants, since early participants will have lots more onions than late participants. the only way late participants can get more airdrop is to buy more onions on exchange.
