Admin PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I have made a few purchases totaling 9000 EKA. I be leave in this program and I am in it for the long hall. My problem is that I have made a total of 3 purchases, two of them went through successfully. The third on the other hand was my biggest purchase it was for 6500 tokens 5850.00 USD 0.97337446 BTC Order number is 2829  User Name praley10 it was showing pending in my Elektra account and when i checked my elektra account the next morning the order in question was completely removed as if i had never even ordered them. I understand there was some people out there trying to play the system but i was not one of them. I paid for my coins and here is my transaction id to prove it 140a39692b3159764d409c587cd3f87999d57aaaf38c70b756ad3db2e6debc03 . I purchased these tokens when the ico was in phase one. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Credit my account the coins that i am owed.
