Thanks for the tip. That is absolutely or plan when moving ahead with it. We will be able to put together good team fast locally, except for experienced blockchain specialists. Those we'll most likely have to convert, as the currently existing expert base is already thinned out.
On the other hand it's nothing new to us: when we were running our IT services company, we believed more in growing our own talent rather than creating an environment where there are few specialists and everyone is competing over them.

To clarify, as this is pre-pre-ico posting basically, after a succesful pre-ico, it would be time to add more names.
We want to go at it as honestly as possible, and that's why we didn't want anyone's name up there that isn't already 100% involved, and to get to this point, we simply have not needed anyone.
Moving forward that of course changes.
