The price of bitcoin has slightly rebounded so I doubt that winter is coming for us. Although I believed that they are a lot of shitty ICO's, just copying one another and claiming it is new or unique or something. But if have read the Whitepaper, there's no clear direction and some teams behind have shady past. They are really out there to scam investors of their hard earn money. However, there are still projects worth investing but you can just count them in your hands. Look at Tezos, already raised more than $200M but the project creator and the escrow services are fighting who has the right for the funds. But bitcoin is different though, the market is already matured and I don't think that the investors will dump their coins, almost everyone are in it for the long haul. There is no scam here.
