as you know, the price of btc is down slowly.and, the market cap is also down slowly.
neither of these two are "down" slowly or fast-ly 
the price is rising, whether you see it or not, is your problem. you have to look at the charts not the price alone an when you do remember to zoom out. you will see the price rising if you do that.
and the market cap, despite being absolutely meaningless, is also rising with the rise of price and mining of new coins (supply).
