I'm reading a lot of post about pool profitability
so far the best pool for btz is pool sexy...it is the 1st pool that started the mining of btz...it still hold about about 10% of the global hashrate and if you consider that the fee is just 0.25 % i would not think twice
btw with 2.5 ksols i did something like 380 btz in a bit more than 2 hours

i think you will find we at http://equi.mining4.co.uk was the first publicly available btcz pool
