This has nothing to do with Blockchain.info, except that it doesn't have a perfect dynamic fee algorithm. There is an extraordinary amount of spam/congestion on the network right now. I can't remember the last time I saw spam like this hit the blockchain all at once.... maybe the "stress tests" of last summer. Check it out:
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/To get in the next block, it takes > 200 satoshis/byte (and rising), but more importantly, the spammers are creating big bottlenecks at various fee rates to make it even harder to get confirmed.
