It's just a problem within the whole network as you can see here https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions there are 76k+ transactions that are unconfirmed and this should be thanks to the bitcoin gold and other forking stuffs. And with your transaction #1 & #2 I did tried to accelerate it so you should be fine soon, there's just a congestion/traffic in the network just be patient.
