Long answer:
Hextra has decided that dates are not important, according to their road map, lending in November, however since there is no web wallet yet... (according to their roadmap there should be) and Nova exchange has stated Hextra has not even applied for HEX coin to be on the exchange, although it is on their roadmap, Nova even stated they would not allow it now even if they do apply. So I wouldn't count on this even being a real platform.
