I have a company that's got a patent granted on an engineering process. I was wondering if it’s possible to do an ICO for a share of the patent. Once the shares are sold, my company (that is trading and making profit from the patent) will pay interest to the shareholders, until a bigger company comes along and buys the patent. The shareholders will then share the profit. Can this be done?
