On the website, it says if you are a U.S citizen, you can buy Qash, but you can't trade it. What does that mean ? i Can you at least withdraw it from the qryptos exchange to a wallet ? Will there be a wallet build for qash ?

2/ US citizens and residents are able to purchase QASH and withdraw to their own wallets/other exchange wallets that support QASH.
you sure about this ? on the telegram , the rep is saying u.s residents can purchase it but can not trade it or withdrawal it .
Which one is correct ? I think this is very important if not most important for U.S investors.
