As anyone suggested using MSI Afterburner or similar software to set power limit down to 70-80% will lower TDP and temperatures.
 I have 4 1070s mining at 60-65 °C fan 50-60% power limit 66%.
When your pc arrive use software like GPUZ to discover the manufacter of the RAM chips of your GPU.
Samsung chips give the better results at mining, you can easily OC them in Afterburner to +500 to have better hashrates.
