I made two transfers from the neo-gui wallet.
One went through no issues.
The other disappeared and didn't even show up in the transaction history.
All i have now is the ID from the prompt i copied when i clicked invoke .
lucky i saved it.

over 9k redpulse missing from my wallet now and didn't turn up in my Kucoin account .
what do i do as neither Neo Kucoin or Redpulse have responded to my help requests in 24hours.
