Some people get away with this, but it is not the norm, especially when it comes to publishing content as a business. A marketer or blogger can forever damage his company's brand through unauthorized use of somebody's content. Hence, a straight-forward license and a small price is what keeps them safe. We will also use a few tools like watermarks and potentially a disabled right click on the image to weed out most unauthorized attempts and protect photographers' content. Hope that explains it
