Not getting involved in any dispute between the two of you, but declining escrow isn't the wisest idea, TheHouse. Can appreciate you offered to let him pay upon receipt of the goods, but you should always be open to using escrow on this forum, even if you tell the buyer that they alone are responsible for the escrow fees
And no he did not agree to payment on "reciept of goods". He expected payment after placing the order and providing me with a confirmation link. Sending payment an hour after the order is placed gives plenty of time to cancel before it gets shipped.
I'm more than happy to buy if we actually use escrow correctly. Upon arrival of goods at my address is when escrow should be released. Not when I get a order placed link.
