If you are promoting your project then it should be in ANN section, I suppose. As for the project.. what do you get from people who win money because of you? Is this working like a pump group? Or do you solely get money from advertising other projects if yours is popular? Honestly, all this seems rather vague. Nobody can give good advice on investments, it's always risky. I looked through op's other posts and now I see you are a pump group. Then why do you say there is no 'pump and dump'? Isn't that what pump groups usually do? And you write only about your successful signals as if you never were extremely wrong. I think you should be fair and provide some statistics of your wins and losses at least.
