Have You enabled PCI-E GEN1 (also try GEN2) from the motherboard's BIOS? Also, have you set your virtual RAM to 16-24GB?
Have tried both GEN1 and GEN2, both didnt work.
Also I can't find an option in the BIOS to set virtual RAM to 16-24GB.
I think this was actually supposed to say virtual memory. And you set in windows not BIOS. If you have graphic card on motherboard try turning it of as well as all other extras you can in BIOS.
