Maybe it will only happen after the hardfoek since the market value of bitcoin is stucked at 6000$ at this moment. It is becoming hard for it to continuously increase since backdrops interfers and is probably caused ny the incoming hardfork as the date is getting closer. There's a huge possibility that after the fork its value will be more expensive and will be also able to reach 6500$ with ease just like what happened last August.
