Some of the services listed is already offered by our local bitcoin even me i can start that kind of business own my own but i can't do that because bitcoin is not to popular in my are and i need more time for advertising bitcoin first before i start my own business.
I think OP has limited capital for that business that is why he wanting to have partners to run that business, but i do not think OP can get investor because more people much prefer to keep their bitcoin in their wallet and wait for long period of time due to continuous increasing of bitcoin value we able to get huge profit.
OP you can start that business whit small budget and offer the services which only fit for you budget, Goodluck mate.
