It is better to work first to pay all the hunters! Otherwise, you or your bounty manager look like scammers.
You could wonder how long it takes to resolve a redirection issue aswell
I never has these kind of issues with the sites I build, and even when a site just got registered, it never took more then 24h to get all the DNS stuff working..It raised all my red flags, I hope it did the same for you and all others who read this.
