There is a hard cap to the sale which is $28m (including the pre-sale) but there is no individual cap.
Only in the pre-sales there is a limit of what an investor can buy ($5.000 for non Institutional investors).
The idea of the limit in the pre-sales is too allow a good dissemination / spread of the token.
