Did you read the replies above this about the exchange TX's? This could factor in.
So you are saying in a block explorer you see the TX in 1NWzDxVQ8QEr9JrcjUfp1ukXLXNcypCop1, but then you check your QT wallet it does not have the balance? None of that makes sense, so lemme look a little deeper:

it says centurion and paying out. but its a compound wallet so nothing is paying out.
